Your clients pay nothing and install nothing.
Do my clients have to create an account and remember a password?
No. A client opens a link from an e-mail or a text and sees their task straight away. Documents from a reminder can be uploaded even without signing in.
How do I get the data into my accounting software?
Export the client’s documents and described invoices to CSV, XLSX or ZIP and load them into your software. Tax amounts can be imported from a CSV file instead of being typed in.
What about KSeF invoices?
Domyko fetches the client’s cost invoices from KSeF, and for each one the client chooses business, private or mixed and can add a note. The client grants your office read access in KSeF by following step-by-step instructions.
Will clients see the Domyko name?
Only in the footer, as “Powered by Domyko”. Everywhere else there is your office’s name, logo and colours, and on Office+ your own domain too.
Can I change when reminders go out?
Yes. In the office settings you choose the days and channels: e-mail, text message and an upload link that needs no sign-in.
And GDPR?
You accept the data processing agreement when you set up your office. The data is stored in Poland, in the OVH data centre in Warsaw.
