Who runs Domyko
Domyko is run by Digital Vantage from Otwock, Poland (Andriollego 34, 05-400 Otwock, VAT ID PL5321813962, REGON 540674000) — a company that designs and builds websites, online shops and web applications. Domyko is our own product: we write it, run it and answer messages from offices.
Why we build it
Every month an accounting office chases the same documents from the same clients: it calls, writes and asks about KSeF invoices. Accounting programs book well, but leave collecting documents to the office. Domyko takes over exactly that part — the missing list, reminders and invoice descriptions — and works next to the program the office already uses.
We build it together with the pilot offices, and this site describes what goes into the first version. When something is not there, we say so.
How we earn
From office subscriptions. The office’s clients pay nothing, we show no ads and we do not sell data. Who processes data and why is set out in the privacy policy.
How we work
- Simply — a client should upload a document from a phone without instructions
- Openly — net prices in PLN, you pay per office, not per user
- Carefully with data — servers in Poland, a sub-processing agreement, access only for the office and its client
- In Polish — we reply on working days
