A client for whom the office collects documents or invoices in the portal. A client you no longer work with is marked inactive and does not count towards the plan limit.

Write to us. Above 150 active clients we add PLN 3 net a month for each additional one.

Yes, in your account settings. The new plan applies at once, and the price difference is prorated over the rest of the period — the extra charge or credit goes on the next invoice.

For 30 days you use Domyko free of charge. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

Yes. Paying a year in advance, you pay for 10 months instead of 12.

Prices on the pricing page are net. 23% VAT is added, so the Office plan costs PLN 306.27 gross a month.

Yes. We issue a VAT invoice to the office’s tax ID in the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) and e-mail a payment confirmation.

By card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store card details. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.

You can cancel the subscription at any time in your account settings — it runs until the end of the paid period. If you have the right of withdrawal (a consumer or a sole trader with consumer rights), for 14 days after the first payment you can also withdraw with the “Withdraw from the agreement” button in settings and get a full refund.

Yes. The first five offices to join the pilot pay 50% of the price for 12 months.
